He was very Professional and friendly at the same time. To my surprise, as soon as he saw the skin tag on my left arm he diagnosed it as a Bowen and , with the cooperation of Doctor Paciello, he organised a biopsy that confirmed his diagnosis and allowed to a prompt treatment preventing it from becoming invasive.
In the past, my skin tag had been seen by other dermatologists either with NHS or private who had told me it was harmless and I did not need to remove it.
